Terms of service

By placing an order with Velva you agree to these terms.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens. The Velva Crystal Eraser is a cosmetic exfoliating and hair-smoothing tool. It is best suited to fine and medium hair and is not represented as a permanent hair removal device or a medical product.

Use

Follow the supplied instructions. Do not use on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin, over moles or varicose veins. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, speak to a professional first.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
